Job Description

Skill Sets and Tasks to be performed: The Subcontractor shall provide qualified resources with excellent communication skills proficient in the following technologies/products.

Operating Systems ( Windows and Red Hat Linux), Microsoft Office 365, BMC Remedy Service Management Suite, HP OpenView, ServiceNow, Chatbot, Sailpoint Identity Access Management (IAM), Sharepoint, Confluence , BlackBerry, VDS/VPN etc. All the resources would have successfully undergone Accent Neutralization Training and proficient to handle phone and chat support.

The routine tasks to be performed by the contracted resources are:

“Password Support”,”Desktop Application Support”,”Email Support”,”Remote Connectivity Support”,”Resolve Network Connectivity”,”File Restoration”,”Telecommunication Support”,”BlackBerry”,”Good Support, Mainframe SupportAccess Management Support-High Risk Termination / Temporary Disablement
