Qualification: Graduation Completed

Job Description:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and fit for the role.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.

Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.

Maintain candidate databases and tracking systems.

Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Prior experience in recruitment or human resources preferred but not required for fresher candidates.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
