Job Description:

As a Sr. Finance Manager, the position reports to . (Finance and Accounts). The essential duties include Budget and Planning, Business performance analytics, Accounting and Finance, Internal Controls compliance, Cost control, managing audits and liaise with the back office (transaction accounting) in Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

Financial Statements. Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly and quarterly financial statements that are complained under US and Indian GAAP and the Company's policies and procedures.

Manage and perform active various assigned activities in the areas of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report and Payroll functions of the Branch. The candidate will be actively involved in the media division of the Branch.

Budgeting and Planning. Ensure timely submission of periodic financial rolling forecasts.

Business Performance Analytics. Review of monthly financial results against plan and provide executive summary/MIS to key stakeholders. Manage the Client Profitability tool and ensure action, where needed.

Compliance Ensure compliance with the Company's policy and procedures, Business Process and SOX compliance.

Audits. Liaise with external and internal auditors and manage issues, support in business process audits.

Credit Review. Oversee rigorous credit appraisals of the Clients and the Vendors.

Candidates should expect 3 rounds of Personal Interviews.
