JD- Responsibility / Tasks
Prospect Build up
1) Scout at the market place for a potential customer through a combination of referrals, relationship with
existing clients, corporate activities, & Telecalling
2) Ensure the leads provided by the company are met up through rigorous follow up
3) Keep working to build a sufficiently large prospect funnel at all times
Sales Management
1) Identify customer needs & profiles & financial goals
2) Render an appropriate advice that meets the customers financial goals
3) Explain the product features / benefits
4) Ensure proper follow through for closure by right documentation & sales process implementation
5) Follow up for service regularly from time to time & keep customer informed about all important updates
6) Collect renewals regularly.
CTC: Upto LPA
Requirement: Min 1 yr in Banking sales (Life insurance) experience is mandatory.
Qualification: Min Graduation
