An Airline Ticketing Agent is an individual who is responsible for booking flight tickets and handling reservations for customers. Airline Ticketing agents directly interact with customers and answer customer questions about flight timings, seat availability, fares, reservation,s, etc. They also handle key operations such as data collection, data entry, payment collection, verification, etc.

Roles and Responsibility of Airline Ticketing Agent:

Able to make accurate bookings for customers.

Calculate expenses and write and sell tickets to the passengers.

Help passengers by answering questions on travel arrangements.

Help passengers to plan for their trips.

Help to make and confirm reservations.

Provide good customer service.

Re-book tickets and other appointments.
