Desktop Support Engineer

Principal Responsibilities:

Execute assigned customer calls for IT hardware / software

Report to customer assigned authority

Adhere to customer HR and IT processes and code of conduct

Ensure Vintech image and values are protected

Upgrade technical skills / certifications and undergo trainings as specified by the customer

Expertise on Laptop and Desktop hardware troubleshooting.

Expertise on MS OS (Win7 to Win11) and O365 product.

Knowledge of PLM, CAD applications.

Basic Understanding of LAN and WAN technology.

Know Domain setup and should have experience for Domain ECO system.

Basic Knowledge of IT security products like Web security product, Endpoint security product etc.

Candidate must have knowledge of latest communication tools . MS teams, Zoom and Cisco WebEx

Good Communication skill and can support to Top management user.

Able to manage IT asset inventory.
