shift - Rotating Shifts (between 7 am and 10 Pm)

must have Excellent Spoken and Written English with Good Grammar.

should have Good Interpersonal Skills

must Be Computer Savvy and have Decent Typing Speed of 25+ Wpm.

experience in Customer Service (emails) and Working Experience with International/domestic Customers Would Be An Added Advantage. Freshers also Welcome!

should Be Able to Handle Customer Complaints Via Email, Research On Products, Use Crm and other Related Tools to Resolve Queries.

must Be Dependable, Technically Inclined, Able to Multi-task, have a Positive Attitude, and a Quick Learner.

must Understand that We are a Startup and Should Be Willing to Work Hard and Grow with the Company.

should Be Willing to Work On Any Shift Between 8 am and 9 Pm and also On Weekends.

should Be Able to Join Immediately.
