Role & responsibilities

Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and

communicating relevant information.

Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.

Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.

Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.

Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems

Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.

Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.

Aggressiveness in Follow ups with Customer.

Should be able to handle different processes in one time.

Preferred candidate profile Desired Candidate Profile:

Comprehensible English and good communication skills along with good Computer skills

Positive Attitude

Flexible working hours and Hard working

Interested to work further in Logistics co-ordination for an International Trading Company

100 % concentration level

Alertness, Zero Error Accuracy and eye for detail.

Team player & good command over English

Good command over MS Office would be an added advantage.
