Job Summary:

We are seeking a Team Leader for our Business Intelligence Unit to lead and manage a team of analysts responsible for data analysis, reporting, and business insights. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business intelligence, data analytics, and team leadership. You will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making processes and ensuring the effective utilization of business intelligence tools and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of business analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to enhance their performance and professional development.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable data requirements.

- Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of data to generate valuable insights and actionable recommendations for the organization.

- Design and maintain robust reporting systems and dashboards that provide real-time business performance insights.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the progress of various business initiatives, proactively identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in data visualization tools (., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication and presentation skills.
