Manager - Sales & Administrative Assistant

About the Job

It would be a Sales Assistant/Administrative Assistant with the general office management . Using their CRATIO system with basic PC(Word/Excel) and perform general administrative and sales support functions related to the operation of business department. This is a full time position, non exempt with bonus, excellent benefits including strategic execution.

Duties:

-Maintaining communication between customers, Employees , Management and other parties involved in the execution of transaction

-Assisting in creating and maintaining strong working relationship with trade partners, including receiving and processing orders from customers quickly and accurately, and responding to general inquiries

-Liaising effectively with Employees , Associates , partners and other organizations

-Assisting with analysing and summarizing reports and making presentation materials

-Generating and processing sales documentation

-initiating and maintaining audit trails of transactions

-Maintaining and supplying information about sales/payments/inventories

-Working with internal departments to support operation of business unit in the India as well as overseas

-Providing administrative support to the unit to facilitate business operation of the department including generating documents, correspondence, payments and expense reimbursements, maintaining adequate level of office supplies, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence and packages

-Maintaining department files by updating existing files, creating new ones, preparing files for storage and ensuring disposal after appropriate retention period
