The roles and responsibilities of a Business Development Executive involves prospecting to generate business & revenue by way of - creating opportunities, educating prospective clients about our services and nurturing prospects to convert them into deals.

- Contacting prospects by various modes of communication and educating them about opportunities available and services provided by us.

Maintaining good activity history and ensuring timely updates are delivered to prospects.

Nurturing good relationship with prospects.

Productivity Improvement - Tracking actual work done on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Document issues hampering productivity.

Follow the specified process defined by Incaetek.

Continual learning and improvement - Making continual efforts to improve business knowledge by self-learning and by participating in KYC sessions.

Seek regular feedback from immediate supervisor.

Collaboration and communication - Maintain a healthy and co-operative environment in the team

Disseminate learning across the team

Provide correct and current status information.
