Responsibilities:
Identifying potential clients in the market and initiating business Identifying potential business opportunities through existing database
Ability to manage the relationship at various levels of the clients
Understanding the requirements of the customer and map it to our IT products & services
Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms, building credibility, gaining market share
Negotiation with clients in such a way that both client and the company are benefited.
