Ensure assigned villages/regions are penetrated with CASA & ME accounts as per set targets.
Ensure centrally assigned productivity levels are achieved in assigned Village Penetration via multiple cross-sell products.
Extract Cross Sell Business through maximum penetration of products in already existing customer base and the New to Bank (NTB) acquisitions.
Meet the productivity parameters set by a central team.
Create/Promote the banking ecosystem in the village/region assigned so that the Bank's presence is felt in the rural market.
Lead Generation & Cross-Selling:
Generate leads for all Cross-selling products & any other products introduced from the bank on time to time basis.
Ensure to drive Cross-Sell objectives initiated and communicated on time to time basis.
Ensure implementation of the product action plan designed for specific villages/regions.
Repository Maintenance:
Ensure customer data is mapped against each product in a defined system (APMS/CRM, etc.) on daily basis.
Ensure 100% correct customer data updating in the defined system (APMS/CRM, etc.) for each product.
