To lead the Admin operations at the COT, Jetty, Dispatch including horticulture development.

To provide standardised service in all areas.

To provide support for hiring of vehicles

To provide healthy & hygienic food in the COT, Jetty, Dispatch area premises and wherever catering & HK support , HMC, Office furnishing, etc

Creation of facilities that support healthy working atmosphere for staff and workmen.

Upkeep & maintenance of all assets & buildings and common areas under admin.

Conduct welfare activities for employee & contract manpower.

Beautification & automation of common areas.

Vendor management.

Completion of documentation and sops for all areas.

MIS: Coordinate and provide analysis & insights, inputs/information, for various levels of MIS as defined IN ORDER TO enable timely decision making to achieve business plan objectives.

To keep Admin cost under control

Status on Admin. Initiatives periodically
