1-oversee Cash Management Functions for all Development/construction Projects. Complete All

bank Reconciliation

2-maintain General Ledger Accounts for all Projects Under Construction

3-ability to Understand and Interpret Contracts with Regards to Construction Materials/work Performed

4-maintain An Orderly Accounting Filing System

5-maintain a System of Controls Over Accounting Transactions

6-calculate Financial and Operating Metrics as Required

7-build Strong Relationships with Vendors and Suppliers
