Software Sales Executive:
A software sales executive is in charge of selling a company's products and services and building customer
relationships. As a software sales executive, your job duties include field sales, maintaining documents detailing
sales, quotes, and more.
Roles And Responsibilities:
Candidates should be comfortable in field work.
Responsible for selling office solutions to current and new customers
Provide service and customer support during field visits
Install our POS software in their System / Device
Give training about our product to our client
Build positive relationships with customers
Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
Communicate with clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they have
solved technical issues.
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus.
