Urgent opening for Shift Incharge PET Line in Beverages Industry @ Ambala Haryana

Experience - 3+ in Blowing Production, PET Line

Salary - 35,000 to 40,000 per month

Qualification- /Diploma Mechanical

Job Profile

Should have knowledge of PET line equipment's like blow moulding, Filter, packer & sleever etc.

Should be aware about packaging process of juice & CSD products.

Should know how to prepare daily efficiency & yields reports.

Ability to manage complete shifts & maintain relationships with vendors.

Material providing for production & confirmation of availability of material.

Work on various project on Blow Moulding, Plasma-X, Labeller, Filler machine as minimizing the loss of preform. l & product over & low fill.

Improving operating machine process indices.

Monitoring and controlling in-process parameters.

Implementing 5-S, kaizen, 6sigma, TPM, HACCP.

Execution of predictive maintenance , breakdowns of production and packing machines like 1. PET blowing machine , filling machines, labelling machine, shrink wrapping machines, ,Palletizing machine, Stretch Wrapping machines , date coding printers

Monitoring and maximizing output of each worker of the machine.

Maintain all equipment history cards

Establish and Implement Rules & Procedures as relevant.
