Must have good client network in assigned area

Responsible for developing the market of PACKAGED DRINKING WATER of 1-liter, 500 ML, 250 ml and 20 lit jar for Delhi NCR and nearby states.

The ideal candidate will be capable of creating effective marketing strategies that assist the efforts of sales teams and generate additional leads. This candidate should be comfortable creating content to aid the sales teams and have an ability to evaluate a marketing campaign to guarantee the best outcome. Additionally, this candidate should have a good understanding of the goals of various salespeople and ultimately operate as a close business partner.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research and provide sales teams with competitive intelligence

Generate marketing resources and run campaigns to assist work of sales teams Identify target audiences and potential sales leads through marketing campaigns

Demonstrate outcomes of marketing efforts through metrics and deliverables

Responsible for production , manufacturing , maintenance , marketing , sales , business development , QA/QC

Responsible for developing the wholesales Market.

Responsible for controlling all sales-related activities

Responsible for achieving sales targets for assigned areas.

Appointing & managing the distribution system through the network of distributors

Recruit, select, onboard, and train new sales reps.

Unite the team: Ensure reps work as a positive unit and share their best practices

Set a good example for the team. Work according to company culture and values, prioritize ruthlessly, use good communication, and deliver results effectively.

Prepare budgets and approve expenditures. Roles and Responsibilities.

Achieving set targets and successfully retaining the growth of the past 2 months.

Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in Marketing

Experience in marketing or related field

Experience : 2 - 8 Years
