1. Effectively execute sales of industrial automation products and services in an assigned industries.
2. Need to gain basic knowledge and features of the companys products from the training given by the company. This is required to make customer aware of feature & functions of product, give basic technical support to customer etc.. Deep / extended level technical support will be provided by the technical support team of the company. But in this situation sales person must assist to maintain proper coordination between support team and customer until customer gets proper solutions. Need to escalate the matter if customer is not satisfied in any manner.
3. Should always have tendency and positive approach to find new prospects from different possible sources and obtain business from them.
4. Need to travel across India. Average 4-5 days per month.
5. Assist new customer in installation of companys products.
6. If there is any new requirement from the customer end, analyze the customers needs with respect to companys product offerings and bring this requirement in notice to companys R & D team on time.
7. Should have good experience of how to collect payment gently from the customer on time.
8. Company has predefined system and procedures to effectively increase the possibilities to gain more business. This system must be followed properly.
9. Maintain regular follow up at appropriate time interval to the prospected customer until company gets the business from that prospect. Prospect can be from existing database, inquiry received by the company through different medium, discontinues client etc.
