Responsibilities and Duties
2/3 Years experience in digital marketing agnecy.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange Meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the Sales team
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands Companys customer base and ensure its strong presence
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to manage wide collection of services and multi-task.
Excellent organisational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Benefits
Salary as per industry standards and for a relevant candidate for the same profile, 15% to 20% hike on current salary depending upon present salary.
