Insightechs-Int Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic sales associate to join our dynamic sales team. We are a fast-growing digital marketing company, specializing in providing innovative and results-oriented solutions to our clients. As a sales associate at Insightecs Int, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our client base. Visa sponsorship to the (up to seven years) available subject to status.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and close deals

Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with potential and existing clients

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives

Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all communications with clients in the CRM system

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client concerns or issues

Select suitable providers and manage end-to-end client accounts

Support the departments in various administrative duties as and when required

Requirements

Previous sales experience (preferable)

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable making outbound calls

Training and development

Par-excellence in house business training

e-Learning Cert/Dip short course
