Designation :Manager - Risk Management Office

Department: Operational Risk Management

Qualification: Certified Risk Professional/Chartered Accountant/MBA specializing in Finance / Risk Management

Experience:3 years of exp in Insurance industry

Location :Thane

Job Responsibilities:

Risk analysis and self-assessment program through implementation of robust Risk Management framework to ensure:

Identification of Risks

Assessment of Risk

Monitoring implementation of Risk Controls/Mitigation strategy

Building appropriate Risk Appetite Statement and Thresholds and monitoring performance v/s threshold through suitable KRIs

Tracking loss events and ensure incident management is in place

Contribute towards creating/improving Risk culture in the organization

Risk Assessment in the areas of Outsourcing Activities, Product Development and Implementation, etc

Assessment of Control environment wrt Operational Risk Management

Review of Risk Management policies and SOP basis define frequency
