Job Role:

Development of new business and retention of existing customers to achieve operational goals.

Nurture relationships with mapped clients for investment needs; maintain regular interactions with the customers to assess their needs.

Track customer complaints and resolve escalated grievances on a day-to-day basis.

Contributing towards increasing liabilities size of relationship through balances in accounts of existing customers and enhancing customer profitability by capturing larger share of wallet.

Rendering financial advice and offering customized product solutions regarding various products.

Generating new sales leads through referrals from existing clients.

Increasing customer engagement through cross-selling investment and non-investment products.

Generating reports to apprise management of the performance and assist in formulating future objectives.

Establishing strategies, and action plans to drive continuous performance improvement.

Job Mandates:

Good communication & interpersonal skills.

4+ Yrs. exp. in Portfolio Management/Book Management from Banking Industry

Candidates with lesser notice period will be given preference.

Age should be below 34 yrs. old.

Relationship/Book Management exp. is must.
