identification and Setting Up of Skill Development Centers Within Project Timelines and Budgets as per Guidelines with the Help of Ho Team.
preparation and Submission of Ppws to State Within Stipulated Timeline.
finalize Mobilization Strategy Along with Mobilization Team to Mobilize and Enroll Students for the Skill Training Programs as per the Capacity Targets of the Project.
ensure all the Existing Centers Within the States are Run At the Optimum Strength Level At all the Times.
ensure Attendance of the Students Enrolled in the Centers is Maintained At the Prescribed Levels.
organizing Timely Term End Assessments of Students & Ensure Exam Pass Percentage is Maintained as Prescribed.
maintained Strong Business Relationships with Channel Partners, Government Officers, and Internal Operational Teams to Ensure Optimal Results.
completing all Documentation and Administrative Records, Fully and Accurately.
allocated Resources to Various Departments and Managers as per Their Needs and Requirements.
attend Monthly Review Meetings At District as Well as State Level with Government Officers and Summits and Presented Upcoming Projects.
generating New Business Both in Face to Face Meetings and Over the Phone.
replying to all Official Enquiries in a Timely and Accurate Manner.
