Position: Assistant Manager - (R&D, Process Development and Scale up)

Location: Vapi - Gujarat

Industry: Chemical Industry

Job Requirements:

Education: . (In Chemistry)

Experience: Min 4 years

CTC: - from 10 to 16 lakh PA

Candidate must have done - . into Organic Chemistry and also must have exposure into Synthesis R&D section.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Development/Improvement of the assigned products and overall review of development activities.

- To finalize route based on literature or feasibility of process or availability of raw materials.

- Evaluation on costing based on paper chemistry. Technology Transfer, Scale Up, and troubleshooting of Lab developed process at Pilot & Commercial Level.

- To provide required relevant information for regulatory filing and response to regulatory queries.

- To prepare and review documents relevant to technology transfer.

- To maintain the inventory of glass apparatus, laboratory equipment's and to indent as per requirement.

- Coordination with . Dept. for testing of the products. Maintain the development records and overall review of given projects.

- To monitor good housekeeping practice and ensure that all activities should be conducted in safe and in efficient manner.

- To review the calibration records of R&D instruments. To maintain records as per IMS requirements.

- To co-ordinate with Principal Scientist/Head R&D to achieve department objectives.

- To give required training to Scientists, Associate, and trainee candidates. Responsible for organizing manpower for the development work.

- To carry Experimental work for development/improvement of the product assigned. To indent material for assigned R&D Projects. Maintain the development records of experiments conducted.
