Controlling the rejection rate & internal PPM to achieve the high quality level of products

Leading and ensuring dock audits for the products dispatched to ensure customer requirements are me

Leading the resolution of customer complaints to avoid rejections in future

Ensuring documentation related to the product line so as to keep a track of records

Executing customer audits & submission of PPAP for Series change development in engine cooling to ensure compliance

All QMS documentation knowledge , Process knowledge, Material & testing awareness.

Good Knowledge of CNC / VMC

Qualification- DME / - Mechanical

Experience : 8 - 14 Years

Education : Diploma, B.Tech/B.E
