JOB Description :

To take charge of the shift from the previous chemist/officer. Verify the batch samples and start Analysis.

Major Job Responsibilities Involve Analysis of raw Material Samples and In-process and intermediate Samples

Performed the sampling of Raw Materials, intermediates, Recovery samples,Finished products.

Performed Swab sampling and to perform the cleaning sample analysis.

Perform proper maintenance of general chemicals.

e-signature of stand alone instruments applicable .

Performing of the operations as per the accordance SOPs and GMP and capture the data in relevant documents.

Following of good documentation practice while making entries in approved documents.

Follow as per sop standards and start analysis.

Ensuring of raw material packing condition, batch numbers, quantities and storage conditions while starting analysis.

Cross verifying of the samples batch number and storage condition with raw data.

Reporting of any near miss accidents to the next immediate person.

Following of the cleaning procedures like working area, instrument cleaning etc...

Responsible for workplace improvement in all aspects like quality, quantity, GMP etc...

Monitoring of daily performing logbooks and records.

Monitoring of Periodical check lists (Calibrations devices and instruments etc.)

I have responsible to follow the environment ,health and safety systems asd and authorise to stop any environmental damage or unsafe activities.

I have responsible for GLP and GDP compliance.

We perform analysis and provide good accurate results.

HANDLING OF INSTRUMENTS:

Operation of KFR Titrator (Metrohm Tiamo Version, Autotitrator)

Operation of FT-IR (Perkin Elmer controlled by Spectrum 100 software).

Operation of UV-Visible Spectrophotometer Controlled by Perkin Elmer Lambda 365 Software.

Operation of Polari Meter (Rudolph research analytical Autopol-5)

Operation of MR Meter (Polmon Model-MP96)

Operation of PH Meter (Thermos
