Quality Analyst

1. Responsible for preparing daily, weekly and monthly client/internal reports.

2. Preparation of weekly performance / KPI reports and maintaining performance dashboards.

3. Preparing ad-hoc reports & analysis for management reporting and needs

4. Maintaining and updating trackers for ongoing programs & projects

5. Ensure that internal policies, procedures, and compliance regulations are being followed.

6. Identify operational / training issues and help team in fixing these gaps.

7. Make recommendations and drive improvement

8. Audit chats & calls on Product/process, Communication and soft skills parameters.

9. Conduct audits and feedback for the targeted population with the objective of improving scores ,driving integrity & proficiency.

10. Data analysis and creation of designated reports/presentations.

11. Ensure adherence to quality norms as per client specification.
