Inward in Process, Final Inspection of Product

Calibration

Awareness of ISO 9000 & 2015

Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

Design policies that align with overall strategy

7QC and why-why analysis.

quality improvement

Customer Complaint Handling.

Review all PDI reports and maintaining audit documents

Monitoring time to time in process Quality Inspection on machine.

Quality Sampling inspection as per Sampling plan and Checklist.

Focus on 5s Implementation and in process inspection as per master sample.

Check process parameter as per control plan.

Prepared MRM data & present in monthly basis

Daily rejection and rework analysis and take corrective action.
