Job Description

- We are looking for a proactive and experienced Head of Purchase to lead our

manufacturing purchasing activities. The ideal candidate will also have significant

experience in using ERP systems, with a deep understanding of supply chain

management, procurement, and inventory control. This position will be instrumental in

ensuring a streamlined and efficient supply chain to support our business growth.

- Develop and implement purchasing and inventory management strategies to optimize cost,

quality, and delivery performance.

- Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company

policies and legal requirements.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, ensuring a reliable and competitive

supply base.

- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and

driving corrective actions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability for production and

timely delivery of finished goods to customers.

- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve

purchasing performance.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing purchase and stores team, fostering a culture

of continuous improvement.
