Help with new application launches for both present and potential clients.

Responsibilities:

Identifying leads and resolving customer pain points by doing initial discovery.

Provides leads and engages in problem solving with implementation of standard

operating procedures (SOP), performing pilot and demo.

Assist sales team with installation and user training

Regular training support to clients

Studies the consumption pattern of consumables

Share new launches to the existing and prospective clients

Conduct routine visits, rapport building, obtaining references, testimonial

Helps the R&D team to bring our product innovations and customer pain points

Ensure customers have an outstanding experience with the MicroGOs product line.

Requirements & Skills:

/ ,Pharmacy or any Engineering

Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Good problem-solving

ability

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

Professional, presentable skills with ability to convey information to a broad

audience

Dynamic, team player with a customer-oriented attitude;

Self-starter and open to learn

Willing to travel extensively
