Key Responsibilities:

Handling telephonic & walk-in enquiries in the head office

Maintaining & updating customer details, Collection Reports, Payment schedules for customers, payment tracker reports, MIS daily basis.

Co-coordinating with the sales team for Backend support.

Resolving the queries of the customers regarding their flat & Possession.

Attending all the mails of customers regarding changes and forwarding it to concern department and resolving customer queries.

Generating Leads and duties.

Cold-Calling, attending client conferences.

should be able to make presentation and write proposal

Good Convincing and Negotiation Skill.

Strong Communication skill both verbal and written
