customers with tasks such as resolving account issues, putting in special account instructions, making wire and telephone transfers, and handling stop payments

with manager to set and exceed sales goals for a diverse customer base

customers understand what is happening with their money and to feel confident in the banks ability to help

over bank teller duties when needed, maintaining top quality in front-line coverage
