Designation:- Online Sales Executive

A fantastic opportunity is available for you to join one of India's leading Sale & Marketing companies located in Pune, we have experienced great growth and are now seeking new additions to our fun and dynamic team. 

Roles & Responsibilities:-

-Freshers with good communication and understanding of sales are most welcome!! 

-Outbound process: Up-sell & cross-sell executive and certification courses .

-Inbound Process: Attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care numbers

-Online Chat Process: Be available to address any query coming through online chat mode.

-Responsible for converting telephone inquiries into admissions. 

-Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling as per the time lines.

Requirements:-

-Training/ Induction will be provided.

-Fixed Salary(15 CTC) + Incentives + Rewards 

-Good Communication skills in English is Mandatory. 

Educational Requirements:- 

-Any graduate with min 6 months of experience in BPO/ Sales/ Telecalling /Telemarketing.

-Fresh Graduates.

-BE dropped out can apply.

-Good verbal communication.
