6+ years experience with Security + R&S - Combined experience is must.

Cisco experience is best fit Cisco Firewall (ASA), Cisco Catalyst and nexus Switches, Cisco Routers

Palo Alto / Checkpoint firewall exposure is a plus

Worked in support environment with ITIL (tickets, SLA, change management, etc)

Not implementation alone, need people who have worked on support mainly

Decent communication with ack skills

Looking for NOC Engineer/Product Support Engineer who has at least 4+ years of experience in advanced NOC Engineer/Product Support Engineer, He should have ITIL awareness preferred and willing to work in 24*7 rotational shifts.

Should have skills working on Monitoring & Ticketing Tools (SolarWinds, AutoTask etc.).

Should have very good skills on creating technical documentation and preparing capacity/up time reports

Should have very good communication and articulation skills

Monitor and maintain network and associated software, including responding to tickets.

Work with other departments, contractors and staff to ensure network operations.

Identify, categorize and respond to network problems.

Manage changes, upgrades, improvements and integrations.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely fashion with end to end ownership.

Installing, Configuring and administration of Cisco routers and Switches (mid and high end), Nexus, Pix/ASA/PaloAlto/Checkpoint Firewalls.

Create and Maintain detailed up to date technical documentation (. standards, process, Run Books).

Exposure on Load balancers F5 / Cisco ISE is a plus.
