Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Ability to identify, target and close prospective customers through outbound tele-sales (cold calling)

Prospect, develop opportunities, prepare appropriate documentation and follow-up closely with the accounts

Demonstrated expertise in initiating and managing successful business-to-business and support relationships

Strong communication skills, negotiating abilities and excellent phone etiquette

Must be proactive and working in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and is internet savvy

Results oriented with a sense of urgency; motivated by success

Assist Company in conveying customer needs to inside team (Product Managers and Business Managers) to ensure our long-term competitive edge

Expand knowledge of industry as well as the competitive posture of the company

Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email applications

Required Qualifications

Any under graduation degree or related field

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team oriented atmosphere

Strong verbal / written communication skills

Ability to engage potential clients and communicate effectively via telephone and WebEx

Strong listening skills and typing skills

Willingness to share ideas openly and take direction from others
