Maintenance department handling independently

knowledge of basic manufacturing process flow

Preventive maintenance planning as per requirement

Reducing down time of machine

MTTR/ MTBF monitoring

Exposure to IATF , ISO 9001

Breakdown Analysis as & when required

Machine installation, overhauling/ predicative/preventive maintenance

Responsible for Training to maintenance team

Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime

Strive to reduce expenses on breakdown and increase productivity across all production line

Machine capability study

Exposure to CNC/VMC and compressors maintenance will be an added advantage
