Job Purpose:

Complete management of hub operations & customer service for satisfactory delivery of defined parameters to internal & external customers.

Relationship building with internal & external stakeholders (interaction with bank officers across geography for routine work, develop & maintain relationship with them).

To provide complete backend operational support to all customers in order to meet business requirements of the organization.

To ensure that hub functions as per the business goals and objectives of the organization. To also ensure that hub works within pre-defined, agreed SLAs & TATs & within the cost budget.

Constantly work towards implementation of best business practices for the organization.

Job Description:

Planning of operations delivery & productivity of resources employed at hub.

Timely recruitment, retention, training.

Roll out of new company-driven initiatives / projects within the hub.

Assign Goals / Projects and Identify individual Assistant Manager / ./Sr. Associate/Associate.

Participate in monthly status review with Zonal Manager -Branch Operations.

Coordinate regularly with support departments (New Business, Underwriting, Policy Servicing, Banking & Finance, MIS and Resolution Centre & Customer Redressal) to discuss operational issues and facilitate clear communication and a strong working relationship amongst the team.

Adhere to Quarterly Compliance Matrix.

Ensure processing of Renewals, Policy Servicing Requests, Complaints, Claims, SP Licensing as per agreed TAT.

Handle walk-in customers for surrender and maintain retention level at >= 40%.

Process claims on same day of receipting.
