Formulating and implementing company HR policies that promote a healthy work

Setting objectives for the HR team and tracking process
Developing compensation and benefits plans
Screening & short listing of profiles as per company HR guidelines.
Scheduling Interviews & selecting candidates
Prepare letters like offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Relieving etc.
Handling full and final (F&F) settlement of the resigned employees and exit interviews
Coordinate on the staff joining formalities
Planning of Induction process of new employees
To provide salary details of new joinees to the Accounts Department
Keeping attendance & leave records of employees
Approval of salary advance and maintaining proper records by coordinating with
management & accounts team.
Maintaining /Updating Leave Records of the employees.
Record, maintain and monitor attendance of the employees.
Ensure statutory compliance for PF, ESIC and Gratuity etc.
Salary calculation of workers and employees
Preparation of guidelines for Performance appraisals
Communication & Roll out of the performance appraisal & increment letters to
employees
Rating on the performance Appraisals and its consolidated reports
Proactively handling grievances of employees
Doing Employee Satisfaction Survey
Maintenance of Staff Records
Updating Records and Maintaining HR Data Base
Co-ordinating in training and development activities like Training Need Identification
(TNI), training evaluation, training feedback etc.
Monitor HR metrics (. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
Organize learning and development programs
Ensure HR staff addresses employees requests and grievances in a timely manner
Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
Implementation of monthly, quarterly & annual MIS.
