FullStack Tech Lead

Rempute Systems OPC Pvt. Ltd.

We are looking for a Full Stack Tech lead for our development team who has at least 7-8 years of prior experience in designing and building new software stacks, integrating systems, analyzing algorithms, and maintaining existing systems.

Responsibilities:

Analyze user requirements, define, and execute technical tasks throughout the software development life cycle.

Design full stack architecture for modules from database and backend to the final UI.

Develop full stack applications using Java and Spring Boot for microservices, with a focus on microservice architecture.

Utilize PostgreSQL as the backend database for data storage and retrieval.

Implement the front-end using to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

Lead the team to deliver well-designed, efficient software.

Drive technical innovations while focusing on simplicity, responsiveness, and a great user experience.

Set a high bar for software quality, define best practices, and outline and execute technical patterns and solutions.

Experience owning solutions deployed on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and availability.

This position will initially have 3 direct reportees to lead, with the potential for the team size to increase in the future.

Requirements:

Work Experience:

At least 7-8 years of prior experience in designing and building new software stacks, integrating systems, analyzing algorithms, and owning solutions deployed on AWS.

Technical Skills:

Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Database: SQL, PostgreSQL, Frontend: , Microservice architecture

Other Skills:

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Take ownership - research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve any issues.

Understanding of wealth management and capital markets Desirable

Educational qualifications:

Graduate in computer science and/or relevant experience.
