Functional Responsibility:

Reception :

Attend to all visitors and telephone calls

MIS generation of telephone calls, staff visitor movement and other activities related to the gate passes, etc.

Act as one point contact between clients and their users

Updating of telephone lists, Office addresses periodically

Monitoring of telephone and EPABX systems

Guest relations

Manage Conference rooms /Discussion room bookings

Maintenance of attendance registers

Maintaining and monitoring of employee log-in/out registers

MIS generation of telephone calls, staff visitor movement and other activities related to the gate passes, etc.

Coordinate with all the front office CGS personnel of all the facilities

Any other jobs as assigned from time to time
