Our Client provides specialist facade consulting services to Architects, Builders & Developers offering state of the art expertise on the design and implementation of the building envelope.

Location : - Navi Mumbai

Experience : - Minimum 3 years in Facade

Qualification :- Preferably a Degree / Diploma in Engineering.

JD:-

1) Good communication skill in English & Hindi.

2) Knowledge of Facade Auto CAD and other software related to the field.

3) Minimum 3 yrs. of experience in Facade and Curtain Wall Industry.

4) Knowledge of required computer applications.

5) Minimum 3 years GCC experience as an Facade Estimator.

6) Conduct value analysis of plans of projects, recommend possible alternatives perform engineering.

7) Work in the preparation, development, and review of final plans to compile detailed project cost estimates which are used for bid evaluation on projects.

8) Detailing all the materials necessary for the contract to achieve specification.

9) Estimating the cost of all resources, plant and equipment.

10) Working with the Project Engineer/Planner.

11) Calculating a final figure for the estimated cost, supplemented by adjustments for overheads and profit, and presenting a tender price.

12) As and when contracts are won, conduct monitoring and storing costs through the use of computers to improve the accuracy of future pricing.

13) Help in reviewing the Job File, drawings and documents provided for estimation works.

14) Coordination with the Design Department or Quantity Surveyor for the requirement of products and structural integrity of the products we intend to propose.

15) Ensure that all prices and lead times for the entire project are available and written confirmation by the supplier is received.

16) Assisting the Quantity Surveyors in preparing Cost Variation for on going jobs and attending site meetings for the variation/additional orders.

17) Should be able to take into account Material take off.
