Ø Responsible to perform new hire orientation for new labor team members.
Ø Will evaluate and track labor skill sets of individual field team members.
Ø Monitor labor force performance for promotion opportunities and new hire success.
Ø To monitor all the statutory compliances for the labor law at site.
Ø Attend all required meetings, including local hire pre-start meetings.
Ø Any other duty assigned by the advisor/experts
Ø Will assist to management/experts to prepare labor management manual and operation plans.
Ø Will assist to management/experts to prepare labor management reports on daily and monthly basis.
