1. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and draw actionable insights to

optimize digital marketing campaigns and strategies.

2. Creativity: Capacity to generate innovative ideas for content creation, campaign concepts, and

marketing strategies to engage target audiences effectively.

3. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to create compelling

content, interact with team members, and effectively convey marketing messages to the target

audience.

4. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google

Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, content management

systems (CMS), and social media management tools.

5. SEO Knowledge : Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles, keyword

research, on-page optimization techniques, and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility

and rankings

6. Social Media Management : Proficiency in managing various social media platforms,

understanding of social media algorithms, community management skills, and knowledge of social

media advertising techniques.

7. Email Marketing Skills : Experience in creating and managing email marketing campaigns,

knowledge of email marketing best practices, and familiarity with email automation tools.

8. PPC Advertising Skills: Proficiency in managing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns

across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and understanding of bidding

strategies, ad targeting, and budget optimization.

9. Content Creation: Ability to create high-quality content including blog posts, articles, social

media posts, ad copies, and email newsletters. Strong writing and editing skills are essential.

10. Project Management: Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously,

prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
