Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Answer calls/wsp professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Refer unresolved customer complaints to designated departments for further investigation.

Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.

Skills Required:

Good communications skills

Equity market knowledge

Ability to listen and active problem solving skills

Good interpersonal skills

Ability to handle pressure

Ability to upsell / cross-sell our other offerings based on the need analysis

Ability to ensure minimum turn around time for all query resolution.

Ability to ensure high customer satisfaction
