Key Responsibilities:
Answering customers' inquiries via call, chat, and social media. Providing the right information.
Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
Communicates with other departments to answer customers inquiries, solve their problems and fulfil their needs
Building lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability.
Skill and Competencies :
· Good communication skills (written and verbal)
· Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers· Having 2 Years of working experience in Customer Care.
· Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution· Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
· Work successfully in a team environment· Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet Explore.
