Roles and Responsibilities

Portray a positive image of the company and its values in a professional manner at all times.

Conducting Internal, Concurrent, Statutory and Tax Audit for clients of varied industries

Drafting and submitting replies to Registrar of Companies, GST Department, Income Tax Deptt etc.

GST & Income Tax Compliances

Drafting of minutes and notices of meetings of Board of Directors, committees of Board and of shareholders meetings.

Resolution of client queries related to compliances.

Desired Candidate Profile

ACCA/ MBA(Finance)/ Commerce Graduate qualified preferably with a small/medium firm although not entirely necessary.

A track record of producing good quality accurate work.

Ability to work to tight deadlines.

Previous experience of preparing accounts packs.

Financial accounting experience through their first line job role.
