We are looking for Freshers (only Male) from any stream with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and who are willing to work in rotational shifts for US based projects.

Ability to prioritize and multi-task for maximum efficiency without sacrificing accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Professional and Pleasant phone manner to service incoming and outgoing calls.

Escalate unresolved issues to Manager.

Build strong relationship with clients & create an amazing experience for them.

Quick learner, analytical and high attention to detail.

Work independently with minimum supervision.

Create an action plan for each item, making sure we are performing inside the time frame and creating a wonderful experience for internal and external customer

Ability to summarize all information on demand to make sure we cover all loop holes.

Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills.
