ABH is responsible for Training, hand holding the team and building relationship with the distributor/field ABH/RBH back office support. He/She will also be responsible for achieving the sales target and maintain quality service standards through their teams.
Campaign Management
- Weekly review and monitoring the Teams on all running campaigns
- Monitoring and ensuring 80% Login to issuance as per defined process & TAT
- Ensure FTR

- Run and Manage R&R for team motivation
- Ensure Persistency and control surrender
Target Orientation
- Should always be abreast of the current business situation Like no. Of leads, conversion %, business numbers etc.

- Ensure excellent rapport with the Branch Managers & LG to maximize productivity
- Ensure and demonstrate supportive behaviour with field BM/GH
- Ensure and demonstrate supportive behaviour with other functions in the organisation
- Ensure Processes are adhered to as per TAT.
Quality -Sales Support
- Ensure Quality standards in sales support process with efficient escalation mechanism
Dialer Software support, integration & enhancement
- To manage the above for smooth functioning on the floor.
