JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Planning
Undertake planning for achieving sales targets for the Regions allotted
Identify corporates and brokers with potential to deliver sales targets for Funds, GTL &
GCL/ GLP for the Regions allotted.
Plan client wise delivery for month on month targeted numbers
Develop direct client base for corporate business
Aggressively drive IndiaFirst competitive advantage through the corporate client
database.
Upsell and cross sell to the existing corporates
Sales growth and cost management
Ensure simultaneous focus on sustainable profitability and volumes
Monitoring monthly sales targets and performance review with the Regional Business
Head Corporate Business
Develop plans to increase sales productivity
Effectively manage overheads and thus ensure reduction of cost of operations
Customer satisfaction and retention
Ensure customer satisfaction by fulfilling requests from time to time.
People Management
Good Relationship Management Skills
Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.

Maintain high standard of Relationship with key officials at CXO levels in the
corporates & brokers
QUANTITATIVE Sales Target achievement

Maintain healthy mix of business sourced from new and existing clients

PREFERRED CREDENTIALS
WORK EXPERIENCE At least 5 years (In Insurance / Banking / Finance / Mutual Fund Industry)
At least 3 years of experience in Group Business or Corporate Relationships.
